1) Use of White Fern Fusion’s website
• By participating on this site and making any purchases or donations, you confirm that you have read and agreed to everything on this page including but not limited to the Disclaimer & legal liability waiver; Cancellation policy; refund policy; and Privacy policy sections.
• This website is live and it is regularly updated. Your access and use of www.whitefernfusion.com provides your acceptance of all site content, effective from the date of first use. I may revise any page at any time without notice and this page in particular should be regularly checked. Continued use of this site after a change has been made or a policy has been amended is your acceptance of that change or policy.
• I accept no responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to your computer system or the data stored on it while using this website.
• I accept no responsibility whatsoever for your personal timekeeping or technical arrangements when downloading any of my products or accessing any of my live events.

• I ask for your consent every time you join an event to receive emails from my mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on ‘Unsubscribe’ in the footer of those email.
REFUND POLICY
1) All donations and payments are final
• White Fern Fusion does not offer refunds. Any exception to this rule is completely at my own discretion.
2) You have read the contents of my website carefully before making any payment or donation
• Failure to do so is entirely your own responsibility, including reading receipts, confirmation emails and checking your own bank statements.
3) Payment processor errors
• In the event you suspect an amount has been taken from your bank account in error, please contact me at contact@whitefernfusion.com with a copy of both your bank statement and your original receipt.
• Payment processor errors cannot be addressed after 30 calendar days.
DISCLAIMER & LEGAL LIABILITY WAIVER
1) Adult disclaimer & liability waiver
• In using this site, you release, waive and discharge Deb Frazer from any and all legal claims and liability, without limitation. This includes but is not limited to any and all types of upset, misunderstanding, injury or damage arising from any and all types of contact with; participation in; or use of information, events or products connected with White Fern Fusion.
2) Children & teenagers’ disclaimer & liability waiver
• Parents and guardians waive all claims against myself regarding any treatments provided to minors in their care – and waive all claims such minors might have against myself. All parents must sign and email this waiver before attending any Children & Teen’s group.
3) Enjoyment, copyright protection & fair use
• All content produced by Deb Frazer including but not limited to audio, video, media and oral / written pieces is subject to full copyright protection under Common law. Your own recording of any of my events as well as any use or replication of my content is strictly prohibited. All content on this website is for personal use only and copyrighted under Australian copyright law unless otherwise attributed. No part of the website may be copied, distributed, reproduced, altered, sold or used – wholly, partially or professionally – in any way. Meanwhile all visual works on the website are my own; are non-copyrighted; or are works in the public domain. They are employed for educational / non-profit purposes.
4) Recording live events disclaimer & liability waiver
• Your presence during any of my events is implied consent to the recording of your voice and image – and is a waiver of any and all legal claims, without limitation.
5) Testimonial disclaimer
• Your submission of any oral or written communication and / or testimonials constitutes express and irrevocable consent to the anonymous use of your words on the website and social media. Any testimonials on the website and social media do not constitute a guarantee, warranty, indication or prediction of any given outcome.
